What you need:
Wikki Stix, a small balloon and scissors
Blow up the small balloon just until it is round. Adhere Wikkies to a small Wikki circle on both ends.
Add as many Wikkies as you like. Add eyes and a mouth…or whatever you feel like adding. Now use your scissors to pop the balloon!
